What an affiliate link is
An affiliate link is a special tracking link to a third-party company (for example, a telehealth provider or a supplier of research supplies). If you click one and then sign up or make a purchase, we may earn a commission — at no additional cost to you. You pay the same price you would have paid otherwise.
Where these links appear
- On our GLP-1 telehealth comparison, some “visit provider” links may be affiliate partnerships.
- On tools like our reconstitution calculator, links to supplies (such as bacteriostatic water or syringes) may be affiliate links.
- Anywhere a link is an affiliate link, we label it — for example with a “partner link” or “we may earn a commission” note nearby.
Our promise: money never buys coverage
This is the part that matters. A company cannot pay us to be included, ranked higher, or described more favorably. Our comparisons, guides, and descriptions are written independently, based on publicly available information and our editorial judgment. Whether or not a company has an affiliate program has no bearing on what we say about it. If a partnership ever conflicted with telling you the truth, the truth wins.
